1. Eligibility

2. Not Gambling
Because no consideration is paid and no prize of value is awarded, the game does not constitute gambling under applicable law. If gambling of any form is illegal in your jurisdiction and you would still consider this game problematic, do not use it.
3. Account & Conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account. No harassment, hate speech, cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or scraping. Voice and text chat are moderated (in part by our AI hostess Shaikha Leah). We may suspend accounts for violations.
4. Virtual Items
All chips, avatars, and cosmetics are licensed, not sold. We may reset balances, adjust rules, or discontinue rooms at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content, characters, and artwork are © Royal Sands Poker. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost virtual chips, downtime, or third-party services.
